Kathy Montgomery SRES Multi-Million Dollar Producer Thank You for visiting my web page. My name is Kathy Montgomery and I've been a Realtor since 1989. I have now been with Russell Real Estate Services since 2001 and I feel very much at home here. I really love what I do. I enjoy the folks I work with and I try my hardest to represent my clients to the best of my ability. I am married, live in Middleburg Hts. and have two daughters, a granddaughter and two grandsons. My older daughter got married while her husband was still in the Navy. They had a son in 2010. She now works as an Admin for a different real estate company. My younger daughter got married in 2019, had her daughter in 2021 and her son in 2024. My younger daughter, Heather Montgomery-Timko is now my real estate partner. We have created The Montgomery Team. She has known real estate her entire life and is a very good agent. My husband David used to own and operate Monty's Roofing, Inc. He was in business for over 30 years. I also worked for him doing secretarial and payroll duties. I have seen a lot of changes in the real estate business. The one thing that hasn't changed is people need an agent that will listen to their needs, have knowledge of the business and work for the benefit of the client. I try to help my clients through all aspects of buying and/or selling a home. Some situations can prove to be tricky and a good agent will help you overcome the hurdles while keeping the deal in compliance.
