About BENNY
Benny Hengle brings a unique combination of real estate sales, leadership, education, and industry experience to Russell Real Estate Services.
A licensed REALTOR® since 2022, Benny’s real estate career has been shaped by years of leadership behind the scenes as well as direct experience serving buyers and sellers. From 2015 through 2026, he held leadership roles with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty in Northeast Ohio, supporting multiple offices and working alongside agents, brokers, and leadership teams to strengthen performance, culture, and collaboration.
Benny is also a real estate pre-licensing instructor with Colibri Real Estate School, where he has the opportunity to help aspiring real estate professionals build the knowledge and foundation necessary to begin successful careers in the industry. His experience as an instructor reflects something that has been central to his career: a genuine commitment to teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
Today, Benny is proud to bring that experience to Russell Real Estate Services, where he looks forward to contributing to the organization’s culture and continued success while focusing on his own real estate sales business.
