It is a snowy day in Northeast Ohio and it seems that everyone is scrolling on their phones to pass time today. I see this in my analytics but also in social media posts. Looking to sell, looking to buy. Agent suggetions. Commission discussions. But, what I am not hearing is, specifics about what anyone is looking for. I know that commission is a very important part of the process and should be discussed up front and with clarity. But I want to be clear, I want to have important conversations as well. I love that part of the process. Getting to the heart of what clients are looking for in a home. It is not always clear up front. It is not always black and white. It does not always happen in the home they choose, sometimes it happens in the home they thought they wanted. Once in the home they get a real feel for how it compares to other homes they have looked at. I stress to you, I want to go look at the homes. I want to see you in the homes. I want you to bring a friend, a parent a confidant. Or, don't. Want to see in a home ASAP but your schedule does not allow? I will gladly and happily schedule an agent showing and, with permission, send you all the videos and pictures you can handle. Or, we can video call. I love what I do and I love seeing the process through with my clients!!
