  How is it that home prices have inflated, even during a pandemic? The key, low supply of inventory and low interest rates. Homes are still being put in multiple offer situations.

  According to the Federal Reserve, mortgate rates are expected to remain very low as they continue to spur the economy  and bring back lost jobs. This will keep buer demand strong, even as inventory stays low.
