We all know these are upredicatable times, but remember to see some of the good. Use this time to clean, finish any projects that couldn't have otherwise been completed because of the rat race of every day life. Watch TV, and just relax. Sleep in. Excercise, make new and healthy meals together as a family. Enjoy this time with family. There is so much qualtiy time you can be spending at home with your school age children right now. We will never get this time back, take advantage of it. Be there for your child that may be a senior in highschool this year, and may not be able to play their sport, go to prom, and or even have a graduation commencement ceremony.
Remember you are not alone, we are all in this together. This too, will pass, and we will all be stronger because of it.
