Hello April.  Is spring really here?  What a strange weather pattern we have had.  Spring in February and winter in March.  Who knows what April will bring?  One thing is for sure, things are looking better. 

Happy Passover and Happy Easter to all of you.

Again, it is still a seller's market with not enough homes for the buyers out there. Homes are going very quickly if you list it correctly. Look at the numbers below.  Less than 180 days on the market represents a STRONG seller’s market
